Questions about the money
Do you take a percentage of what I sell?+
No. We charge once for the report and have no further interest in your collection. Nobody who takes a percentage can give you a disinterested valuation, which is the entire reason this is a flat fee.
What if the report says it's all worthless?+
That is the most common outcome and it is still worth knowing. You get the bulk assessment, how to sell it as lots, and the confidence to stop worrying you're throwing away a fortune. If we find nothing, we say so plainly rather than inventing something to justify the fee.
Why is the large estate tier more?+
It covers up to 600 photographs rather than 200. The examination cost scales with the number of photographs, not the value of what's in them.
What is re-triage for?+
Grading results come back, or you find another box. We rebuild the report with the new information and keep the old version, so you can see what changed.
