Short, because there isn't much to hide.
What we store
Your photographs, the report generated from them, and the four context answers. If you buy, your email and a PayPal order reference. That is the list.
Your photographs
These are pictures of a dead relative's possessions, often taken inside your home. They are stored on our own servers, never made public, never used to train anything, and served only through a signed link. They are not indexed and search engines are told not to crawl them.
What we do not do
We never buy or sell collectibles. We never pass your details to a dealer, an auction house, or anyone else. There is no referral arrangement and no commission — the flat fee is the whole business model, deliberately.
The examination
Your photographs are sent to OpenAI to be identified. They are not used to train models. The calibration that decides what we are willing to say about value is our own code, not the model's judgement.
Deleting it
With an account, deleting a collection removes the photographs from disk as well as the records. Without one, email us the private link and we will delete it the same day. You should not have to argue with a form about this.
We send no marketing email. Report-ready notification is built but not switched on; when it is, it will be about your own report and easy to stop.
